Digital Twin Challenge: Cohort Member Updates

This update was shared at the recently held Aotearoa New Zealand Digital Twin Summit held in Wellington in July 2022.

The Digital Twin Challenge is a program to accelerate government, private sector and academic leadership in catalysing Digital Twin capability across Australia and New Zealand. The 2021 Digital Twin Challenge was shaped in response to over 18 months of industry engagement, and an open call for expressions of interest.

Through the Challenge we will:

• create model templates and other knowledge resources for each of the Challenge projects • document and share the learnings among the Challenge cohort participants

• celebrate the outcomes with the broader market place

• promote Digital Twin leadership nationally and globally

Resources are currently being developed and will be released at Smart Cities Week with Digital Twin Week in Melbourne from 10-14 October. Look out for wider stakeholder engagement opportunities in the lead up to October.

You can also hear from our participants on the monthly Digital Twin Hub Meets. The cohort will also have an opportunity to participate in international exchanges, deliver master classes at an event in Sydney in November, and present their work and projects to specific stakeholder audiences across the region.
