In conversation with Melissa Harris

By Adam Beck | Executive Director, Smart Cities Council Australia New Zealand | Secretariat, Centre for Data Leadership | Administrator, ANZ Digital Twin Hub

In this session we sit down with Melissa Harris from the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to explore the leading work in Victoria associated with the Fishermans Bend project, the foundations of spatially-enabled Digital Twins and opportunities for building a flourishing marketplace.

With a once in a generation opportunity like the Fishermans Bend urban regeneration project, a local community of stakeholders across public and private sector, reasearchers and local innovators have come together to take advantage of all that is happening and are knowledge sharing, networking and advancing the industry's capability in Digital Twin, digital engineering and spatial innovation.

But are we 'ready' for unlocking the power of the Digital Twin? Is our Digital Twin literacy mature? Where to next for policy and practice?.... we explore a few ideas on that front.

Thanks Melissa for joining us on the Digital Twin Sessions.
